Your services are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. By booking an appointment at Glow Aesthetics Studio, you are agreeing to the following terms:
Booking & Reservation Fees All appointments require a $50–$100 Reservation Fee (deposit) and a valid card on file to secure your booking. This fee reflects the time and personalized assessment dedicated to your service and is applied toward your final total. All Reservation Fees are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Any cancellation or reschedule request made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, or failing to show up for your appointment, will result in a 100% cancellation fee based on your total service price. Your Reservation Fee will be applied toward this, and the remaining balance will be charged to your card on file.
No Call / No Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without prior notification will not be permitted to book future appointments at Glow Aesthetics Studio.
Lateness & Grace Period To ensure every client receives their full, uncompromised treatment, we enforce a strict 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and treated as a no-show, subject to the full 100% cancellation fee.
Arrival & Security Protocol We are located at 600 W Peachtree St, inside the One Georgia Center Building. Upon arrival, you must present a picture ID (Driver’s License or State ID) to the security desk in the lobby. Once verified, security will grant you access to our floor. Please have a seat in the waiting area, and your esthetician will come out to greet you at your scheduled time.
Guest & Child Policy You are welcome to bring one adult guest or partner to your appointment, as there is additional seating inside the treatment room. However, for safety reasons and to maintain a clinical environment, children are strictly prohibited. Corrective esthetic tools pose a safety risk, and children cannot be left unattended in the waiting area or lobby. Clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive services.
Payment Methods We accept Cash and all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), as well as Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm. FSA/HSA cards may be accepted in some cases; please check with your employer for eligibility. When using FSA/HSA, have a backup payment readily available if FSA/HSA payment does not successfully process. Please note: We do NOT accept CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, or personal checks.
Refund Policy Due to the nature of medical aesthetic services and clinical-grade products, all Reservation Fees (Deposits), services rendered, skincare products, and treatment series are strictly non-refundable.
